The body is an excellent gateway to explore the world of mindfulness. Immersed in our daily habits and patterns we might have lost access to the communication with our body. The aim of mindful body work is to relearn to listen to the body and receive the information somatic experience can provide.
With the help of simple and easily accessible exercises from yoga, qi gong, dance and meditation techniques, we invite mindfulness to settle on the bodily experience.
