Insight Meditation (vipassana)

The early Buddhist texts are 2600 years old. They provide us with a richness of indications on how to live a liberated, engaged, contented life, free from suffering and stress.

The focus is on gaining insight into how we make ourselves and others suffer and how to overcome these tendencies. Responsibility for one’s practice is central to this approach.

I am a student of Christopher Titmuss‘ and he authorized me as a Dharma teacher. My wish and motivation is to support others in finding ways to link the ancient wisdom to their daily life and explore into more skillful, contented ways of living for the individual and the community as a whole.
